My client has been a leading independent insurance agency for more than 100 years with a terrific product portfolio including business/personal/employee benefits and property/casualty insurance. They are currently in a tremendous growth period and are seeking several outstanding sales representatives to add to their team of producers. A qualified candidate will have demonstrable success selling a product or service, business-to-business, to CEO's and CFO's of companies with 100 or more employees. Positions exist on both their Employee Benefits (Healthcare, Life Insurance, Disability, 401k) and Property/Casualty (Liability coverage, Property, Auto, Fiduciary) businesses.

A college degree with at least 1-2 outstanding years of b2b outside sales experience is a must! First year earnings will target 80-90k (60k+ base salary) with six-figure potential for overachievement. After your first year targeted earnings are 100K+ through both new and retained business.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospect for new commercial account customers while also building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts

  • Work closely with application and manufacturing engineering groups as part of a small, focused development and product orientated team

Cardiopulmonary Sales Rep - Kentucky
great Kentucky-based rep needed to sell capital respiratory and cardiopulmonary products for world leader!

My client is one of the largest medical device vendors in the world with revenues in excess of $10B. They are in need of a Cardiopulmonary Sales Rep based in Kentucky to cover the region consisting of the state of Kentucky and the northern half of Tennessee. As the Cardiopulmonary Sales Representative for our KY/TN territory you will represent the full CPS product offerings to hospitals in the region. Product line includes non-invasive and invasive ventilators, acute care products, and a full line of patient monitoring equipment.

A college degree with at least 1-2 outstanding years of medical sales experience is a must! You must have experience calling on Respiratory and/or Pulmonary accounts. Base Salary will be 60k and an additional 52k earned at plan along with full benefits, company car, laptop, phone, 401k, protected territory, and uncapped commissions.

You'll utilize a strategic selling method with current and potential customers, calling on all decision makers within an account to determine value as it relates to specific customer needs. You'll manage the sales call as it relates to pre-call planning, the call, and all follow up activities to create mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers.

Experience Needed:

  • BS/BA degree in disciplines related to sales, marketing, business, or Respiratory care
  • 2+ years medical capital or consumables selling, preferably to the respiratory care or cardiopulmonary departments
  • Successful sales track record with accurate forecasts
  • Displays solid respiratory industry knowledge … clinical or technical
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned territory
  • Driving record in good standing
