![]() CONTINGENCY SEARCHIn our Contingency model the fee is paid upon successful completion of the search. Our placement fee for direct placement recruiting is generally 20-33% of the first year’s salary, depending on the complexity and criticality of the search plus the volume of activity. We will always offer the best volume pricing possible without sacrificing the quality of candidates. RETAINED SEARCHHigh Impact Recruiting LLC offers a unique retained search fee structure, charging just an initial retainer of $2,500 to begin the recruiting process with the balance of the fee due upon search completion. The retainer will be fully refundable if we do not produce at least one interview in the first 45 days of the search. This model allows the client to see guaranteed results within a specific timeframe. WARRANTYHigh Impact Recruiting LLC will stand behind all placements with a 100% guarantee of satisfaction, provided the Client Fee has been paid according to the invoice terms, generally 30 days. If the employee we place voluntarily leaves, or is discharged by the client within 30 days from the date employment commences for reasons other than corporate restructuring, High Impact Recruiting LLC will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement applicant within 30 days and we guarantee to satisfactorily fulfill this requirement within 90 days. The guarantee from High Impact Recruiting LLC is valid only if payment of the fee is received within 30 days from the candidate’s start date. CONTRACT EMPLOYMENTHigh Impact Recruiting LLC also offers contract employment searches should you need temporary workers or not want to add workers to your payroll. Once we find a suitable candidate and employment commences we will handle items such as payroll, taxes, and insurance with the recruiting fee and employment services built into the hourly rate. Clients are invoiced weekly so that these employees can be paid on a timely basis. The bill rate for contract employment is based on the specific skill set necessary for the particular position and volume of activity.
